Proofread against the source text.
Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.
Collated word-by-word against the original scan.
Heavyweight pass: collated against the conferencereport1970sa djvu OCR witness (lines ~10620-10989, speaker header 'Elder A. Theodore Tuttle, Of the First Council of the Seventy'). Talk follows Elder Franklin D. Richards at the Priesthood meeting; the OCR running heads confirm 'Saturday, October 3' / 'Second Day' for this session, matching the existing sibling stamp convention used elsewhere in this conference for the Priesthood session. Removed two bled-in running-head/page-number artifacts ('GENERAL CONFERENCE Saturday, October 3 / Second Day' interrupting the quotation of President Harold B. Lee's 1965 remarks, and a stray 'Second Day' before the D&C 84:109-110 quotation). Fixed an OCR typo 'heing offered' to 'being offered' in the same Lee quotation. Trailing session-transition boilerplate (President Joseph Fielding Smith's introduction of Elder David B. Haight and Elder Richard L. Evans) was already absent from the body; confirmed the talk correctly ends at Tuttle's own 'Amen.' No content added or removed beyond the artifact fixes. No authoritative CHL catalog record found distinct from the IA item; source_url retained as the verified IA scan.
