Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Proofread against the IA scan/OCR witness (conferencereport1970a); this file had a second, separate talk (Hartman Rector Jr.) concatenated onto the end — removed it; removed bled-in running heads, corrected calling/date/session.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: collated against the conferencereport1970a djvu OCR witness (leaves ~17752-18062, Seventh Session, Monday afternoon, April 6 1970). Confirmed speaker introduced as 'Elder Milton R. Hunter of the First Council of Seventy.' CRITICAL FIX: the prior draft concatenated Hartman Rector Jr.'s entire next talk ('Man that is born of a woman...' through 'Amen' at OCR leaves ~17836-18093, including its own heavyweight content on weakness/repentance) onto the end of Hunter's file, with only a bare 'Elder Hartman Rector, Jr. / Of the First Council of the Seventy •' heading marking the seam — no actual file boundary. Removed all of Rector's talk; it should be ingested as its own separate talk file (not currently present in 1970 April directory and flagged here for the ingest backlog, not fabricated by this review). Removed bled-in running-head artifacts mid-paragraph ('GENERAL CONFERENCE Monday, April 6' before 'Account of terrible storm'; a stray 'Third Day' before 'Americans that when the Spaniards came'). Talk now ends correctly at Hunter's own '...in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.' Date corrected to 1970-04-06 (Seventh Session, Monday afternoon); date_precision corrected to exact.
