Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1969sa (139th Semi-Annual Conference, held Fri Oct 3 - Sun Oct 5, 1969). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n145-148), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings. As with the 1969 April conference, this conference's original ingest already had each of the 31 vault files corresponding to a single complete or near-complete talk, with no merging required; the defects found this pass were running-head OCR bleed into a handful of body openings (fixed) and several genuinely never-ingested addresses (flagged rather than fabricated). Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Friday Oct 3 = First Day, Saturday Oct 4 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Oct 5 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n127 of conferencereport1969sa) in place of the bare item link.
