Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1969a (139th Annual Conference, held Fri Apr 4 - Sun Apr 6, 1969). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n160-165), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings. Unlike the heavily-fragmented 1966-1968 conferences, this conference's original ingest already had each vault file corresponding to a single complete or near-complete talk, with no merging required; the defects found this pass were running-head OCR bleed into a handful of body openings/mid-bodies (fixed) and several genuinely never-ingested addresses (flagged rather than fabricated). Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Friday Apr 4 = First Day, Saturday Apr 5 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 6 = Third Day, which was Easter Sunday that year); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n118 of conferencereport1969a) in place of the bare item link. Corrected speaker attribution: this file's speaker field had been garbled to a bare 'N. I' (from the running head 'PRESIDENT N. ELDON TANNER', which had bled into the body mid-sentence as ':ldon tanner the First Presidency'). Corrected speaker/speaker_id/title/id/filename to N. Eldon Tanner and removed the running-head bleed fragment from the body. This address opens the Third Day (Easter Sunday) Morning session with a welcome to the conference's broadcast audience, distinct from Tanner's many conducting mentions elsewhere in this conference (index leaf n49, 50, 54, 58, 61, 66, 92, 93, 97, 104, 107, 111, 115).
