Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1968a (138th Annual Conference, held Fri Apr 5 - Sun Apr 7, 1968). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n153-158), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings -- as with recent 1966-1967 conferences, this conference's original ingest had split most talks into two-to-three fragment files, which the index made it possible to correctly identify and merge. Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Friday Apr 5 = First Day, Saturday Apr 6 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 7 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n130 of conferencereport1968a) in place of the bare item link. Merged with a further file that was a fragment of this same discourse split apart during the original ingest.
