Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1967sa (137th Semi-Annual Conference, held Fri Sep 29 - Sun Oct 1, 1967). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n159-164), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings -- as with recent 1966-1967 conferences, this conference's original ingest had split most talks into two-to-four fragment files, which the index made it possible to correctly identify and merge. Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Friday Sep 29 = First Day, Saturday Sep 30 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Oct 1 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n11 of conferencereport1967sa) in place of the bare item link. Merged with a further file that was a fragment of this same discourse split apart during the original ingest.
