Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1967a (137th Annual Conference, held Thu Apr 6, Sat Apr 8 - Sun Apr 9, 1967 -- First Day fell on the actual founding-anniversary date, a Thursday, with Second/Third Day the following weekend). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n141-144), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings -- as with 1966, this conference's original ingest had split most talks into two fragment files, which the index made it possible to correctly identify and merge. Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Thursday Apr 6 = First Day, Saturday Apr 8 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 9 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n63 of conferencereport1967a) in place of the bare item link. Merged with a further file that was a fragment of this same discourse split apart during the original ingest.
