Ingestion of a missing discourse: a General Priesthood Meeting message read by his son Robert R. McKay, on the missionary mission of the Church and the charge to declare the divinity of Christ and the restoration of the gospel to every nation. Rebuilt page reading order from conferencereport1966sa's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py); confirmed this immediately follows President N. Eldon Tanner's introduction after Joseph Fielding Smith's Priesthood Meeting address (already ingested as 1966-10-smith-this-is-a-wonderful-sight.md) and immediately precedes Elder Bernard P. Brockbank's address (already ingested as 1966-10-brockbank-from-this-earth-and-his-return-to.md), which explicitly references 'as President McKay opened the conference yesterday' and 'the message just delivered by his son Robert,' confirming the boundary and speaker. De-hyphenated and reflowed against the scan text. Renumbered talk_order 23, shifting the remainder of the conference's talks up by one (in addition to the shift already made to seat McKay's First Day opening address at talk_order 1), matching the global sequential talk_order schema already in use across this conference's other files, and the prior-conference precedent for reinserting missing McKay discourses generally.
