Ingestion of a missing discourse: a message prepared by President McKay and read to the General Priesthood Meeting by his son Robert R. McKay (health-limited that evening), warning against rising crime and declining moral standards and counseling fathers to use family home evening to build faith. This is a distinct message from McKay's similarly-themed 1965 April 'Safeguards Against Delinquency' address (already ingested as 1965-04-mckay-my-brethren-and-sisters-as-i.md) — same opening Pauline epigraph reused a year later, but different supporting material and conclusion. Flagged as missing in a prior heavyweight pass's note on the sibling Tanner file (1966-04-tanner-brethren-it-is-good-to-be-with.md), which observed 'President David O. McKay's closing address to this Priesthood Meeting (index leaf n105-110) was never ingested into the vault at all.' Rebuilt page reading order from conferencereport1966a's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py); confirmed this immediately follows President N. Eldon Tanner's Word of Wisdom address (already ingested) via President Hugh B. Brown's introduction, and immediately precedes a separate, formally captioned 'Statement concerning the position of the Church on Communism' also read by Robert R. McKay (ingested separately as 1966-04-mckay-in-order-that-there.md), distinguishing the genuine talk heading and its own closing 'Amen' from misOCR'd running-head repeats of 'PRESIDENT DAVID O. McKAY' bleeding onto the tail of Tanner's own pages (leaves 105/107/109 are recto running heads for whichever address is current, not new talk boundaries). De-hyphenated and reflowed against the scan text. Renumbered talk_order 26, shifting the conference's remaining Third Day and closing talks (previously 26-36) to 28-38 to make room for this and the following Communism-statement item.
