Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1966a (136th Annual Conference, held Apr 6, 9-10, 1966 — First Day on the actual Apr 6 founding anniversary, then Second/Third Day the following weekend; IA metadata confirms CHL call no. M204.1 A1 1880, 1897-). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n159-163), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings — an unusually detailed source for this conference that made it possible to identify and correctly merge extensive page-break fragmentation (this conference's original ingest had split most talks into two-to-four separate files). Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Wednesday Apr 6 = First Day, Saturday Apr 9 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 10 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n121 of conferencereport1966a) in place of the bare item link. This is Paul H. Dunn. The kept file's own opening had absorbed only President N. Eldon Tanner's brief announcer transition introducing Dunn (no real Dunn content); merged in two further files that contained his actual remarks, split apart during the original ingest.
This is a living critical edition. If you find a transcription, metadata, or sourcing error in this talk, report it to the editors →Reports are collated against the page scan and land as corrections in the vault.
