Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1966a (136th Annual Conference, held Apr 6, 9-10, 1966 — First Day on the actual Apr 6 founding anniversary, then Second/Third Day the following weekend; IA metadata confirms CHL call no. M204.1 A1 1880, 1897-). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n159-163), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings — an unusually detailed source for this conference that made it possible to identify and correctly merge extensive page-break fragmentation (this conference's original ingest had split most talks into two-to-four separate files). Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Wednesday Apr 6 = First Day, Saturday Apr 9 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 10 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n16 of conferencereport1966a) in place of the bare item link. Merged with the file previously ID'd 1966-04-brockbank-will-be-built-around-the-teachings-and.md, the continuation half of this same discourse split apart during the original ingest.
This is a living critical edition. If you find a transcription, metadata, or sourcing error in this talk, report it to the editors →Reports are collated against the page scan and land as corrections in the vault.
