Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) to safely resolve talk boundaries against the report's own session headers (FIRST/SECOND/THIRD DAY, MORNING/AFTERNOON MEETING, GENERAL PRIESTHOOD MEETING) and speaker headers. Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Friday Apr 6 = First Day, Saturday Apr 7 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 8 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n90 of conferencereport1962a) in place of the bare item link. This is Henry D.
