Proofread against the Internet Archive conferencereport1962a scan/OCR; confirmed body text, fixed date/session metadata.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: verified source as the Church History Library-contributed Internet Archive scan conferencereport1962a (132nd Annual Conference, held Apr 6-8, 1962; IA metadata confirms CHL call no. M204.1 A1 1880, 1897-). Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) to safely resolve talk boundaries against the report's own session headers (FIRST/SECOND/THIRD DAY, MORNING/AFTERNOON MEETING, GENERAL PRIESTHOOD MEETING) and speaker headers. Confirmed session and exact date from the report's own dateline (Friday Apr 6 = First Day, Saturday Apr 7 = Second Day plus the Saturday-evening General Priesthood Meeting, Sunday Apr 8 = Third Day); corrected date_precision from month to exact and added the session field (both were previously unset). Added a page-anchored source_url (leaf n54 of conferencereport1962a) in place of the bare item link. Merged with the file previously ID'd 1962-04-burton-stake-said-they-had-things-in-hand.md: that file was the tail half of this same discourse, split apart during the original ingest at a page-break hyphenation ('...on Sat-' / 'urday night, and the president of the stake said...'). Recombined into one file (bridging the hyphenated word) and deleted the duplicate. Note: one short passage on leaf n54 ('which has established many missions in that area...') is a genuine page-level two-column OCR sequencing defect in the scan itself (the sentence's subject clause is missing/misplaced) that could not be safely reconstructed without guessing; left verbatim as scanned rather than fabricating a connective phrase.
