Collation history

Proofread against the Internet Archive conferencereport1961sa scan/OCR; confirmed body text, date/session metadata, and talk boundaries against the surrounding running heads.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Ingestion of a missing discourse (McKay's remarks on the correlation program and being 'born again,' General Priesthood Meeting) omitted from the earlier heavyweight pass over this conference. Rebuilt page reading order from conferencereport1961sa's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py); confirmed this is McKay speaking immediately after Henry D. Moyle's priesthood address (already ingested as 1961-10-moyle-my-dear-brethren-i-am-sure-that.md) through this discourse's own closing testimony. A further McKay conducting segment follows immediately after (attendance report, a caution about bishops over-assessing building-fund contributions) but lacks the printed volume's typeset speaker heading used to mark genuine discourses elsewhere in this report, so it was treated as conducting/administrative remarks per docs/ingestion.md and excluded, consistent with the stricter reading applied throughout this pass. De-hyphenated and reflowed against the scan text. Renumbered talk_order across all existing 1961-10 files to seat this address right after the existing Moyle priesthood address, matching the 1956-10/1957-04/1958-04/1958-10/1959-04/1959-10/1961-04/1962-04/1962-10/1969-10 precedent for reinserting missing McKay discourses.
