This talk was missing entirely from the vault; discovered during a conference-wide scan-collation sweep of 1960-04. Boundaries confirmed against the printed index (Clark, p.20, 'General Priesthood Meeting') and running heads: follows President Henry D. Moyle's 'The Priesthood and the Missionary Cause' (already in the vault) and precedes President David O. McKay's closing remarks to the same meeting. Reflowed OCR paragraphs, removed running heads/page numbers, de-hyphenated line breaks, corrected an obvious OCR footnote-marker artifact. No wording invented or changed from the source text.
