Heavyweight pass: CHL catalog record for October 1954 could not be verified this session (client-rendered SPA, no browser-tool access); IA scan conferencereport1954sa kept as retained top-level source per docs/review.md. Page-by-page collation against the scan (leaves 100-102, printed pp. 100-102) confirms Elder Marion D. Hanks (First Council of the Seventy), Third Day (Sunday, October 3, 1954) morning meeting, third speaker, following Elder George Q. Morris and preceding Elder Clifford E. Young. Fixed a two-column typesetting/OCR interleaving artifact in the James 1:25 quotation ('a doer of the Third Dan be blessed in his work, this man shall deed' de-interleaved to 'a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed'), restoring the correct KJV reading order; kept the printed '(II Cor. 6:17.)' citation as scanned (likely an original print typo for 3:17, per the later '(Ibid., 3:17.)' cross-reference, but not corrected since it matches the print). Body otherwise matches scan verbatim. Set exact date, calling, session, and talk_order.
