Official printed text of the One Hundred Twenty-third Semi-Annual (October) General Conference, held October 3, 4, and 5, 1952, as published in the Church Conference Report. Page images were consulted through the Church History Catalog record (Conference Report, October 1952; record c9a74cfb-3a9f-429a-806f-f7ec2ec5a70e) and the Church History Library preservation scan on the Internet Archive (conferencereport1952sa). Heavyweight review collated the text page-by-page against that scan; running heads, page numbers, and hyphenation artifacts were removed, including two running-head fragments ("CHRISTIANSEN / of the Twelve Apostles" and "CHRISTIANSEN 55") that had bled into the body text; the speaker's name was corrected from the OCR misread "Elray L." to "ElRay L. Christiansen" (the printed calling line only carried "ELDER ELRAY L." plus a truncated "Assistant to the Council" before the column break, and the surname/full calling were recovered from the index and McKay's closing remarks).
