Rebuilt page reading order from the scan's DjVu XML word-coordinate data (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and cross-checked every talk boundary, date, and session against the report's own exhaustive back-of-book index (leaf n149-152), which lists every address with its own page range and sub-topic headings. This conference's original ingest was already essentially complete and accurate: all files map to the real discourses listed in the index, existing date/session/talk_order metadata was already correct, and no speaker misattributions were found. Filled in page-anchored source_url values for the handful of files that still had only the bare item link.
