Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: collated verbatim against Internet Archive djvu OCR (conferencereport1930sa, pp. 29-38) for this long, heavily-subheaded talk. Removed a duplicated calling caption merged into body text, restored a sentence truncated mid-word at the very end of the file ('...applied to the amateur on an unprotected track is more than justified. Prohibition applied to the automobile driver in America means prohibition applied to everybody.'). All statistical quotations and sub-headers verified against source. Boundaries clean: opens after Elder Rey L. Pratt, closes before Elder Joseph W. McMurrin.
