Heavyweight pass: collated against the conferencereport1928sa djvu OCR witness (talk begins p. 57, Second Day Morning Meeting, Saturday, October 6, 1928, following Elias S. Woodruff). MAJOR fixes: (1) speaker was misidentified as 'Of The Northcentral States Mission' -- corrected to Elder John G. Allred, President of the Northcentral States Mission, per the OCR's own heading; renamed file/id to match. (2) This file had also absorbed the entirety of a second, much longer talk by Elder Orson F. Whitney ('God's Work and Man's') that was never given its own file during ingestion (note the talk_order/remarks-number gap: 22, 24, skipping 23) -- split Whitney's talk out into a new file, 1928-10-18-orson-f-whitney-remarks-23.md. Corrected date to exact and session. Removed a bled-in 'ELDER JOHN G. ALLRED' running-head artifact mid-paragraph, plus a stray unmatched apostrophe in the Governor-of-Minnesota anecdote. Fixed an OCR typo ('frdm its inception' -> 'from its inception').
