MAJOR fix: speaker was misidentified as 'Northern States Mission' (the mission name, misread from the printed calling line) -- corrected to Elder Noah S. Pond, President of the Northern States Mission, per the OCR's own 'ELDER NOAH S. POND' heading. Corrected date to exact and session. Removed two bled-in 'ELDER NOAH S. POND' running-head artifacts (one splitting the word 'missionaries' mid-word) and a stray trailing 'I' after the closing Amen (bleed from the next speaker's page).
