Moved the printed sub-heading 'Presiding Bishop of the Church' out of the body and into calling_at_time. MAJOR fix: this talk had been over-split by ingestion into two files at a raw-OCR page boundary (this file plus 1928-10-15-sylvester-q-cannon-remarks-18.md); merged both into this single file in correct reading order and deleted the fragment. Removed bled-in 'GENERAL CONEERENCE' and 'ELDER SYLVESTER Q. CANNON' running-head artifacts (appearing 3 times total) mid-paragraph.
