Richards address; the second half's running head had OCR'd as 'ELDER GEORGE E. RICHARDS', a misreading of 'F.', which had caused it to be filed as a different speaker); removed running-head bleed; fixed OCR typos.

Heavyweight pass: authoritative source URL verified against conferencereport1927a djvu OCR and confirmed via the item's full-text search-inside API (opening words match at leaf n91) and cross-checked against the page_numbers.json leaf map (printed page 89 = leaf n91). Confirmed this and former 1927-04-25 (george-e-richards-remarks-28) are one continuous George F. Richards discourse split across a page boundary, with no talk boundary, no 'Amen', and no new speaker introduction between them; the running head at the split OCR'd as 'ELDER GEORGE E. RICHARDS' (misreading the scan's 'F.' as 'E.'), which caused the original ingest to misattribute the second half to a nonexistent speaker 'George E. Richards'. Merged the two into this file, corrected the speaker misattribution, and deleted the duplicate. Removed a running-head bleed ('ELDER GEORGE F. RICHARDS' mid-paragraph) and a run-in page-number/running-head artifact ('90 GENERAL CONFERENCE'). Fixed 'Chrfst' -> 'Christ', 'it* Samaria' -> 'in Samaria', '<>2' (garbled page number) removed.
