Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Proofread against the scan/OCR witness (Internet Archive conferencereport1927a); moved the calling caption out of the body into calling metadata, supplied a real title from the opening words, removed running-head bleed mid-paragraph, fixed OCR typos ('GENERAL C ONFERENCp' running head removed, 'Th^ey' -> 'They').

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: authoritative source URL verified against conferencereport1927a djvu OCR and confirmed via the item's full-text search-inside API (opening words match at leaf n75) and cross-checked against the page_numbers.json leaf map (printed page 73 = leaf n75). Wells presided over the Second Overflow Meeting (per the session header now recorded in 1927-04-15) and this is his own closing address in that meeting, following Andrew Jenson's talk and immediately preceding the transition to the Second Day. Corrected session from 'First Day Morning Session' and date from 1927-04-01/approximate to 1927-04-03/exact. Removed running-head bleed ('ELDER RULON S. WELLS' mid-paragraph twice) and a garbled running head ('GENERAL C ONFERENCp'); fixed 'Th^ey' -> 'They'. Set calling_at_time to 'First Council of Seventy' (was generic 'General Authority').
