Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: source_url (archive.org conferencereport1919sa, n212) confirmed as correct IA item/era. The title field had been mangled by OCR into a letter-by-letter spaced string ('-T-H-E-R-E- - -A-R-E-...'); this was in fact the talk's genuine opening sentence, cut off from the body by the ingestion. Restored that sentence ('There are eleven thousand Seventies in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.') to the start of the body verbatim from the same OCR text, and set a normal title. Fixed OCR letter/punctuation errors ('themeselves' -> 'themselves', stray period-comma). Ends on the talk's own closing 'Amen'; no boundary contamination. No independent re-fetch of the scan image was performed beyond confirming the IA item exists; correction relied on internal proofread of the OCR against itself for artifacts.

Corrections

This is a living critical edition. If you find a transcription, metadata, or sourcing error in this talk, report it to the editors →Reports are collated against the page scan and land as corrections in the vault.
