Heavyweight pass: source_url (archive.org conferencereport1919sa, n174) confirmed as correct IA item/era. Removed three running-head fragments ('ELDER ANTHONY W. IV1NS.', 'ELDER ANTHONY W. WINS. 177', '178 GENERAL CONFERENCE.') bled mid-sentence. Reconstructed one severely garbled sentence ('...as the Lord has made good ♦hot nromise. so is it certain...') from its own surrounding words back into the plain statement it clearly was, without adding any new content. Fixed numerous other OCR letter errors ('pssociation' -> 'association', 'gocdly' -> 'godly', 'Titles' -> 'lines', stray punctuation). No independent re-fetch of the scan image was performed beyond confirming the IA item exists; correction relied on internal proofread of the OCR against itself for artifacts.
