Heavyweight pass: source_url (archive.org conferencereport1919sa, n127) confirmed as correct IA item/era. Removed two running-head fragments bled mid-sentence, one garbled ('. ELDER ANDREW J EN SON.-') and one misattributed to the wrong speaker ('ELDER JOHN WELLS.'). Fixed OCR letter errors ('an dlater' -> 'and later', "Illin'ois" -> 'Illinois', 'enetnies' -> 'enemies', stray hyphens/apostrophes). No independent re-fetch of the scan image was performed beyond confirming the IA item exists; correction relied on internal proofread of the OCR against itself for artifacts.
