Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: source_url (archive.org conferencereport1919a, n92) confirmed as correct IA item/era. Corrected speaker/speaker_id from letter-spaced garbled OCR fragment ('-S-M-I-T-H-' / 'Joseph Fielding') to 'Joseph Fielding Smith'; corrected session from 'Second Day Morning Session' to 'Second Day Afternoon Session' -- the body explicitly says 'standing before you this afternoon' and follows directly after the Second Day afternoon session opening recorded at the end of 1919-06-48. Removed a mid-body running-head bleed ('ELDER JOSEPH FIELDING SMITH'). Set a clean supplied title from the body's own text. Fixed numerous OCR letter errors ('J accept'->'I accept', 'believed-'->'believed', stray glyphs, 'reigard'->'regard', 'u,s'->'us', 'as.it'->'as it', and others). No independent re-fetch of the scan image was performed beyond confirming the IA item exists.
