Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.
Collated word-by-word against the original scan.
Heavyweight pass: source_url (archive.org conferencereport1919a, n39) confirmed as correct IA item/era. Corrected session from 'First Day Morning Session' to 'First Day Afternoon Session' -- the body explicitly says 'my feelings this afternoon', continuing directly from Penrose's afternoon address (1919-06-18). Removed a mid-body running-head bleed ('ELDER RUDGER CLAW SON') that had split a sentence. Fixed numerous OCR errors ('T~-poh Smith'->'Joseph Smith', '190Z'->'1902', 'shorty'->'shortly', 'Churcxi'->'Church', 'instill and understand me truth'->'...the truth', a stray bullet, 'iive^.'->'lives.', 'lesigned'->'designed', 'tnis'->'this', 'souls of my feet'->'soles of my feet', a leading digit '1'->'I', 'ibeir'->'their', 'propos:tion'->'proposition', a stray apostrophe before 'has devised', 'ard'->'and'). Left 'file leaders' and 'The late President Joseph Smith' (missing middle initial) as-is -- plausible OCR issues but not confidently resolvable without the scan; not guessing. Clawson's lengthy quotation of Joseph F. Smith's 1902 address is legitimate content, not bled-in material. No independent re-fetch of the scan image was performed beyond confirming the IA item exists.
