Collation history

Newly ingested talk, previously missing from the vault entirely: it was discovered during Final Review of 1918-10-21-peter-m-hansen-remarks.md (commit e6c6db57f0) that this talk's text had been wrongly spliced onto the end of that file with the byline dropped, so only the stray line '(President of the Juab Stake of Zion.)' survived as a false continuation of Hansen's talk; the boundary fix removed that content from Hansen's file without preserving it elsewhere. Transcribed fresh from the conferencereport1918sa scan (djvu XML reading order reconstructed with scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py, leaves n85-n88, printed pages 85-88), not reconstructed from memory. Talk begins on page 85 immediately after Hansen's closing 'Amen.' and the Amelia Margetts solo note, with its own byline 'ELDER THOMAS D. REES.' and running head, and ends cleanly on page 88 with 'Amen.' immediately before Elder Joseph B. Keeler's byline (already present in the vault as 1918-10-22-joseph-b-keeler-remarks.md). talk_order 21.5 / id suffix 21b follow the vault's established convention for inserting a discovered talk between two already-numbered talks without renumbering the rest of the conference (compare 1918-10-15b-stephen-l-richards-remarks-15b.md, commit 80da1f946a). This is the third talk of this defect class recovered in this conference (see also Stephen L. Richards, 15b; Charles W. Nibley, 17b).

Ingested; not yet independently reviewed.
