Transcribed from the right-hand column of the printed Conference Report published by the Deseret News and hosted at the Internet Archive (conferencereport881chur / conferencereport1918a), leaf n89, printed page 88. This content had previously been erroneously merged into the vault's Joseph F. Smith talk 20 by the original ingestion (a two-column page whose right-hand column, a different session's record, had been appended onto Smith's left-hand column); split out here as a standalone conference_record per the session-notes convention in schema/schema.md. Running heads, page numbers, and line-break hyphenation removed.
