Alvin Orme, President of Tooele Stake, leaf 121 of conferencereport1916sa) was absent from the original ingest -- no talk_order slot existed for it at all between the former talk_order 35 (Jenson) and 36 (Miller). Recovered via scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py's reconstructed reading order. Opens 'My beloved brethren and sisters, I am pleased and grateful...' at the 'Second Meeting Out-doors' (a tent meeting on the lawn east of the Bureau Building, per the session's own opening record), closes 'Amen' before Daniel G. Miller's following address. Fixed one OCR letter error in the byline ('ELt>ER' -> 'ELDER') and a stray digit-for-letter substitution ('1 less' -> 'bless'). No wording invented.
