Heavyweight pass: speaker misattribution fixed. The vault convention reserves speaker_id george-a-smith for the elder George A. Smith (d. 1875, decades before this 1916 conference); this talk's own running head reads 'ELDER GEORGE ALBERT SMITH.' Corrected speaker/speaker_id/id/filename to match the canonical george-albert-smith id used elsewhere in the vault (e.g. 1911-10-13, 1912-10-43). Date/session also corrected per the conference-wide leaf map (see progress/reports/conference-reports/1916-10.md); body text not yet independently re-verified word-for-word against the scan.
