Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: this file and the former 1916-04-38 file (there misattributed to 'George Albert Smith' by the same title-extraction bug seen elsewhere in this conference, mangling a mid-sentence page break into a garbled id/title) are a single continuous talk by Rey L. Pratt, president of the Mexican Mission. Merged into one file, restoring the hyphen-split word ('be-lieve' -> 'believe') across the page break. Corrected date/session to Third Day Outdoor Meeting, following directly from Jenson's talk, and corrected calling_at_time from 'Late President of Mexican Mission' (a misreading -- Pratt was the sitting mission president in 1916, not a former one) to 'President, Mexican Mission'. Fixed scattered OCR letter-errors (tyranical/tyrannical, degredation/degradation, aborignes/aborigines). No missing/invented text.

Corrections

This is a living critical edition. If you find a transcription, metadata, or sourcing error in this talk, report it to the editors →Reports are collated against the page scan and land as corrections in the vault.
