Removed a mid-word running-head artifact ('notELDER JOSEPH F. SMITH, JR.withstanding' -> 'notwithstanding'). Fixed scattered OCR letter-errors (Wsetern/Western, byGeneral/by General, runnine/running, and similar). Corrected date/session from Second Day Afternoon to Third Day Morning (Sunday, April 9) -- the reconstructed order shows Hyrum G. Smith's talk closing the Second Day, followed by a hymn/benediction/adjournment 'until Sunday, April 9th' and the Third Day's own overflow-meeting announcement and opening hymns, before this talk begins (see the newly-created 1916-04-conference-record-session-notes-16b.md for that recovered gap).
