Heavyweight pass: verified verbatim against conferencereport1916a OCR via reconstructed reading order. Corrected speaker misattribution: the file had been filed under 'George A. Smith' (speaker_id george-a-smith), which the vault otherwise reserves for the elder George A. Smith (1817-1875, cousin of Joseph Smith) -- he was long dead by 1916, so the running heads ('ELDER GEORGE A. SMITH.' / 'ELDER GEORGE ALBERT SMITH.') identify this correctly as George Albert Smith (1870-1951), the apostle, matching the vault's canonical speaker_id used for him elsewhere (e.g. 1911-10, 1912-10). Renamed id/file to match. Removed two mid-paragraph running-head artifacts. Fixed scattered OCR letter-errors throughout (Gosnel/Gospel, Tt/It, Heavenlv/Heavenly, and similar).
