Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from conferencereport1916a's DjVu XML via scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py. Found this file and the former 1916-04-03-ant-hr-h-lund-remarks-3.md are a single continuous address, wrongly split at a page-turn where an OCR-misread running head ('Ant Hr H. Lund' / 'ANT H0R H. LUND') was mistaken for a new speaker; merged into one file at this slot and deleted the duplicate. Removed the running-head artifact ('PRESIDENT ANT HON H. LUND.') that had been left mid-paragraph at the original page break, and a stray leaf-number OCR fragment ('Jl') at the top of the second half. Restored the real printed title from the synopsis block ('The past fouiteen years of increased tithe paying marks great progress...'), fixing the OCR typo. Fixed scattered letter-errors: 'Knowiig'->'Knowing', 'H- i commandments'->'His commandments', 'arc'->'are', 'th«'->'the', 'js'->'is', 'self-sustainine'->'self-sustaining'. Confirmed the talk is genuinely complete and self-contained, ending 'Amen' before session business (notices, hymn, benediction, adjournment) that correctly belongs to a separate conference_record file. No missing/invented text; boundaries against Smith's preceding talk and the following session record confirmed clean.
