Restored in full from OCR during heavyweight review; reclassified from an individual discourse by a garbled speaker name ("Of The Church") to record_type: conference_record, and restored roughly the first third of the record's text (from the true "AUTHORITIES SUSTAINED." header through the Council of Twelve Apostles and other officers) which had been wrongly left attached to the end of Reed Smoot's talk instead. Fixed scattered OCR character errors.

Reading order reconstructed with scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py; this is the sustaining-vote record for all General Authorities and general auxiliary officers of the Church at the close of the conference (Closing Session, Wednesday, October 6). FOURTH INSTANCE OF THE SAME CONTAMINATION PATTERN found in this conference: the record's true opening ("AUTHORITIES SUSTAINED. Elder Heber J. Grant presented the names..." through the Council of the Twelve, Presiding Patriarch, First Council of Seventy, Presiding Bishopric, and several general boards) had been wrongly left attached to the end of Reed Smoot's talk (1915-10-63) rather than ingested as part of this record; reunited the full record here and reclassified this file from a bogus individual-discourse entry (speaker "Of The Church", parsed from the OCR sentence fragment "The counselors in the First Presidency, the Twelve...") to record_type: conference_record with speaker "Conference record", matching the vault-wide convention for this kind of material (compare 1915-10-conference-record-session-notes-04.md). Removed a duplicated "AUTHORITIES SUSTAINED." running-head fragment left mid-body from a page break. Fixed scattered OCR character errors throughout the long roll of names.
