Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: verified against IA scan/OCR (conferencereport1914sa leaves 62-64); confirmed talk continues the Outdoor Meeting sequence right after Goddard's welcome -- corrected session. Fixed title, which had leaked the speaker's own calling line; moved that text to calling_at_time and supplied a real title from the talk's opening theme (reflecting on the hymn just sung). Talk had been cut off mid-sentence at a page break ("...without murmuring, without resenting, leaving"); the since-deleted file 1914-10-19-melvin-j-ballard-remarks-19.md was a mislabeled duplicate (title built from the cutoff clause, "vengeance in the hands of God. I") holding the direct, unbroken continuation -- merged that content back in here, confirmed no words were dropped at the join, and removed the duplicate file. 0 QC ERRORs.
