No witness list recorded beyond the primary source.

Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: verified verbatim against conferencereport1914a OCR (leaf ~137) -- the Evan Stephens/John J. McClellan/Tracy Y. Cannon music credit, the stenographers (Otterstrom, Barker, Gladys Barker, Cramer), and the Duncan M. McAllister clerk credit all match the scan exactly, closing out the printed conference proceedings. Removed trailing 'HISTORY OF THE CHURCH... Compiled by the Church Historians' text, which is a Deseret News Book Store advertisement in the volume's back matter, not conference content. No missing/invented text.
