Heavyweight pass: this file was misattributed to a phantom speaker 'Of The Church' with a title built from the sustaining-of-authorities list's own text. That entire list was session housekeeping (the sustaining vote), not a talk; split it into its own conference_record file, 1914-04-conference-record-session-notes-43.md. What remains is Ivins's brief closing testimony, correctly identified from its own running head ('ELDER ANTHONY W. IVINS', OCR-garbled as 'EliDEE').
