Heavyweight pass fixed the speaker's name, OCR-garbled as "Nefhi L. Morris" in the previous draft (the running head reads "ELDER NEPHI L. MORRIS."). Corrected id/speaker/speaker_id and session/date from "First Day Afternoon Session"/1913-10-04 to "Second Day Afternoon Session (Bureau of Information Meeting)"/1913-10-05: this talk was given at the open-air meeting in front of the Bureau of Information, presided over by Elder George F. Richards (see 1913-10-conference-record-session-notes-26). Restored the missing closing sentence ("May the Lord preserve and prosper this people...") from the OCR, which had been dropped at the original page boundary. Removed a mid-body running-head bleed ("ELDER NEPHI L. MORRIS."). Fixed an OCR error ("pre j diced"->"prejudiced").
Collated word-by-word against the original scan.
Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1913sa leaves 76-78 (page/n75 through page/n77), page-by-page collation against the scan/OCR witness under the "ELDER NEPHI L. MORRIS." running head. Confirmed boundary: opens immediately after the session-opening music (see 1913-10-conference-record-session-notes-26), and closes with "...May the Lord preserve and prosper this people to serve mankind and to promote His cause on the earth, is my prayer, in His name. Amen." immediately before Charles A. Orme's talk, which opens with its own repeated byline and printed synopsis (see 1913-10-29).
