Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Heavyweight pass: the prior file at this position ("David H. C Ann Ox", an OCR-garbled misreading of an unrelated speaker byline) was wrong-sourced October 1912 content, not this address at all. Replaced with the true text of Charles H. Hart's address, reconstructed from the conferencereport1913a scan via XY-cut reading-order extraction. De-hyphenated and reflowed.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1913a leaves 74-77 (page/n74, running head "ELDER CHARLES H. HART."). Confirmed boundaries: begins in the Third Day Morning Overflow Meeting (Assembly Hall, presided over by Elder George F. Richards) immediately after Levi Edgar Young's address and a ladies' double quartet selection, opening "(Of the First Council of Seventy.) I have greatly rejoiced at the testimonies, teachings and spirit of this conference..."; ends "...I must not occupy more of your time. May the Lord bless you, I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.", followed by a ladies' quartet selection and then Andrew Jenson's address. Continues the Third Day Morning Overflow Meeting (no session break).
