Heavyweight pass corrected a severe sourcing/boundary error: the previous drafts of talk_order 2 and talk_order 3 (now merged here) both had bodies wrongly copied from Joseph F. Smith's October 1912 remarks (a different conference bound in the same IA volume), not Anthon H. Lund's April 1913 talk at all. Replaced with the true, complete April 4, 1913 address by President Lund (First Counselor), which runs continuously from just after Joseph F. Smith's Opening Address through the benediction notice; the two former files were simply an arbitrary mid-talk split of the wrong text. Removed running heads, page numbers, and the printed synopsis block; de-hyphenated and reflowed; restored the D&C Section 21 quotation against the OCR.
Collated word-by-word against the original scan.
Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1913a leaves 9-12 (page/n9, running head 'PRESIDENT ANTHON H. LUND'). The former 1913-04-02 and 1913-04-03 files were both misattributed: their shared body text belonged to Joseph F. Smith's October 1912 semi-annual conference remarks (the same wrong-conference contamination found in 1913-04-01), and the arbitrary file split did not correspond to any real talk boundary. The true, single continuous Lund address covers Church organization and the priesthood since 1830, the D&C 21 revelation given at the Church's organization, and the duty of local recorders and stake historians, ending with an appeal for Sunday Schools and Religion Classes. This file now merges former talk_order 2 and 3 into one; 1913-04-03 has been superseded and its content is now here in full (see that file's removal in this same commit).
