Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Heavyweight pass corrected a severe sourcing error: the previous draft body was wrongly copied from Joseph F. Smith's October 1912 (Eighty-third Semi-Annual) Mexico-refugee remarks, a different talk entirely, in this same bound IA volume. Replaced with the true April 1913 (Eighty-third Annual) Opening Address text, collated against the DjVu OCR/scan. Removed running heads, page numbers, and the printed synopsis block; de-hyphenated and reflowed.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1913a leaves 1-3 (page/n1). The prior draft's entire body was misattributed content bled in from the October 1912 semi-annual conference bound in the same IA volume; replaced with the true April 4, 1913 Opening Address, restored via manual de-interleaving of the DjVu XML word coordinates for the badly-merged leaf 146 synopsis block, then corrected against the reading-order OCR reconstruction for the remainder. Confirmed the talk ends with "This is my prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen." followed by the musical number ("Consider, and hear me," baritone solo by Elder Charles Kent), and that Anthon H. Lund's address begins immediately after.
