Supplied a title from the talk's theme; removed trailing periods from speaker/calling; expanded abbreviated calling. Follow-up correction: this file's closing announcement had been truncated mid-sentence at 'Elder Melvin J. Ballard,' (the apparent 'talk_order 36' gap found while auditing this conference's sequence for completeness); restored the remainder verbatim from the scan (naming Herrick, McLachlan, and Jenson, plus the closing 'I bespeak for them your faith...' line) and removed a mid-paragraph running-head bleed ('ELDER ME LI/ IN J.
