Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1912a (internal scan conferencereport821chur), leaves 95-98 (page/n95, running head 'ELDER JOHN F. TOLTON.'). Confirmed boundaries: begins immediately after Elder William McLachlan's address, with '(President of Beaver Stake.) It may be somewhat surprising to the stranger within our gates that, during the proceedings of our conference this day, there have not been more references made to...Easter Sunday...'; discusses amusements and entertainments distracting the Saints from studying the Gospel; ends '...that our skirts may be clear from the blood of this generation, I ask it in the name of Jesus. Amen.', followed by the hymn 'O Say, What Is Truth?' and then Elder Samuel O. Bennion's address. Initially this range appeared to run much longer (through what looked like a continuous discourse past stray 'ELDER SAMUEL O. BENNION' and 'ELDER FRANK Y. TAYLOR' running-head bleeds), but closer reading showed the content past the hymn is a distinct address by Bennion (explicitly '(President of Central States Mission.)', reporting on Missouri/Mississippi flood conditions) -- corrected by finding Tolton's actual 'Amen.' at this shorter boundary. De-hyphenated, reflowed, corrected scattered OCR errors, and removed the printed synopsis block per docs/review.md.
