Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1912a (internal scan conferencereport821chur), leaves 41-45 (page/n41, running head 'ELDER THOMAS E. McKAY.', OCR variant 'M'KAY'). Confirmed boundaries: begins immediately after Elder George F. Richards's address with 'Never before, my brethren and sisters, have I felt so keenly the necessity of the Spirit of the Lord...'; reports on missionary conditions in Germany, Hungary, and France; ends '...God bless our missionaries...God bless you all. Amen.', followed by a brief interjecting testimony from President Joseph F. Smith, an anthem, a telegram from John W. Young, benediction, and adjournment of the Morning Session -- and, past that, a stray 'ELDER ORSON F. WHITNEY.' running head bleeds onto a later leaf while McKay's own text is still concluding underneath it (a page-proof artifact; excluded, confirmed by reading past it to the true session-record and Whitney synopsis). Two further stray running-head bleeds mid-body (both 'ELDER THOMAS E. McKAY.') were excluded the same way. De-hyphenated, reflowed, corrected scattered OCR errors, and removed the printed synopsis block per docs/review.md.
