Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1912a (internal scan conferencereport821chur), leaves 39-41 (page/n39, running head 'ELDER GEORGE F. RICHARDS.'). Confirmed boundaries: begins immediately after Elder Hyrum M. Smith's address with 'I sense very keenly, my brethren and sisters, the responsibility resting upon me...'; recounts the First Vision and the Three and Eight Witnesses as external evidences of Joseph Smith's mission; ends '...that all may be brought to the light of the everlasting Gospel, and eventually to salvation in His kingdom, through Jesus Christ. Amen.', followed by a soprano solo ('The Song of Ruth,' Sister Anna Newell) and then Elder Thomas E. McKay's address. A stray 'ELDER THOMAS E. McKAY.' running head bleeds onto leaf 41 mid-sentence while Richards's own text ('...the character and the testimony of...') is still concluding underneath it -- a page-proof artifact, excluded from the body and confirmed by reading past it to where the true McKay byline and synopsis appear. De-hyphenated, reflowed, corrected scattered OCR errors, and removed the printed synopsis block per docs/review.md.
