Heavyweight pass: verified against archive.org/details/conferencereport1912a (internal scan conferencereport821chur), leaves 14-19 (page/n14, running head 'PREST./PRESIDENT CHARLES W. PENROSE.'). While collating this address, found and fixed a real bug in scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py's page_gutter(): a stray single-character OCR noise box (a lone 'A', far right margin, leaf index 16) was widening the x-interval merge enough to hijack the widest-gap gutter pick; excluding boxes narrower than 100px from gutter detection fixes it (this is distinct from the earlier running-head-bridging fix). Confirmed boundaries: begins immediately after the Afternoon Session's opening hymns and prayer with 'I feel that we are highly privileged in being permitted to assemble on this occasion...'; references 'Good Friday' and President Lund's preceding address explicitly; ends '...God help us to do our duty in all respects — through Jesus Christ. Amen.', followed by a duet ('The Lord is my Light,' Sisters Edna and Ida Evans) and then President Francis M. Lyman's address. De-hyphenated, reflowed, corrected scattered OCR errors, and removed the printed synopsis block per docs/review.md.
This is a living critical edition. If you find a transcription, metadata, or sourcing error in this talk, report it to the editors →Reports are collated against the page scan and land as corrections in the vault.
